“When I came here four years ago, I was a quiet little girl. Now, I am strong. Yes, I will be leaving camp today but not forever. I will come back and share my story with kids who come to Camp Mariposa. Until that day comes, please know that I am safe. I’m going to spread my wings and fly. Thank you for helping me.

My sons has been...

{

“My son has been attending Camp Mariposa and it truly has been a blessing. I am so grateful for him to have the opportunity to express himself and talk about his feelings and not to be afraid of what he has gone through. It has also given him time away from his older brothers and myself which has helped him grow. I really appreciate the fact that he is able to do this camp, I want to thank everyone for caring and loving my son in this amazing healing process.
